Eastern Credit Management Services handles accounts requiring legal action in both Small Claims Court and in the Court of Queens Bench for all areas in Atlantic Canada. We handle the entire legal process on your behalf from start to finish. Our team takes care of the legal paperwork, court filing, requesting of judgment and the registration process. Accounts can be submitted to Eastern for immediate legal action; however, we recommend placing the accounts for our Debt Collection Services prior to initiating the legal process. This ensures that your customer has been given every opportunity to resolve the matter. Eastern Credit Management Services recommends legal action on an account when:
