All payments and payment inquires are handled by our office in Saint John. Please do not mail payments or make account inquiries to the Moncton or Halifax offices.
Eastern Credit Management Services offers the following convenient options for payment of your account:

- Cash or Debit - Cash or debit payments can be made directly to our office. Click Here for location * Please do not send cash in the mail.
- Direct Deposit - Payments can be made, free of charge, at any branch of the Bank of Montreal or Scotiabank anywhere in Canada by doing a Direct Deposit. Please contact our office for details on how to make your direct deposit payment. You will need our account information and your account reference number to deposit your payment successfully.
- E-mail Money Transfer - If you are set up for online banking with your financial institution you can conveniently make your payment by email money transfer. Go to your banking institutions online website and there should be a link for email money transfer. Just follow the instructions. If you experience difficulty please contact us and we would be pleased to assist you.
- Visa, Mastercard & American Express - Eastern Collection Services Ltd. is pleased to accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express either in person or by telephone. Contact us today.
- Cheques & Money Orders - Cheques can be made out to Eastern Collection Services Ltd. or to the creditor with whom the money is owed and forwarded to our Saint John office in person, or by mail.
