How to Place an Account:

Accounts can be submitted for collection online or by e-mail, fax, mail or telephone. Information can be provided to us in any format or by using our Account Placement Form, which is available online or by contacting our office.  We acknowledge receipt of all new accounts by e-mail within 48 hours.
